What does verify mean?
Verified badges will be awarded starting now to creators and collectors who can demonstrate active dedication and a high level of authenticity. In other words, it is not an assessment tool and if you meet all the criteria you will be awarded a badge!
Many factors are taken into account, such as active presence and following on social media, interaction with community members, and the number of items minted and sold.

Verified entries will appear at the top of search results. In the case of Rarible, their leaderboard will only show verified collectors/creators. In this way, Rarible preserves and promotes the authenticity of entries and records.
Create an account and verify your Rarible account
There are over 5 million monthly visitors on Rareible, a multi-chain NFT marketplace that supports Ethereum, Tezos, and Flow NFT. Rarible is a marketplace where you can buy and sell digital art, collectibles, music, video, Metaverse land, and wearables. The verified badge on any platform implies trust and authenticity. Similarly, the verified badge on Rarible has the same meaning.
Distinguished badges with verified status are marked with a yellow checkmark. Having a yellow tick means that Rarible manually verified this account or collection. Finding real accounts and collections is made easier with this tool.
Rarible requires you to log in with one of the crypto wallets it supports to create a profile. You need to create an account on Rarible, then click the Get Verification button to apply for verification.
Here are the steps to create an account on Rarible
Regardless of whether you are a creator or a collector, you need to verify your account on Rarible.
- Just click Sign In.
- Choose your wallet.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Create a personal profile
- Click the Update Profile button
Step 1: Click Sign In
Visit the Rarible website.
Find and click the Sign In button located in the top right corner of the page.
Step 2: Choose your wallet
Any supported crypto wallet can be used for login, including MetaMask, Torus, Coinbase, Mobile Wallet, Beacon, Blocto, etc.
We explain with MetaMask, one of the most used wallets.
Clicking on Login with Metamask must be done after clicking the Login button.
A connection request will be sent from your MetaMask wallet after you click on the MetaMask wallet. Confirm connection.
You can connect to your Tezos or Flow wallets by clicking on the respective tabs.
Step 3: Accept the terms and conditions
The Rarible Terms of Service window will appear immediately after logging in. Make sure you’ve read the terms and conditions, then check the two boxes.
When you’re done, click Continue. You are now logged into Rarible.
Note: Rarible Only users 13 years of age and older can access.
Step 4: Create your profile
Now you need to set up your profile after logging into Rarible.
You can do this by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
After clicking Edit Profile, you will be able to access your profile.
You then need to fill in the required details, such as your display name, custom URL, Twitter profile link, email, and profile or portfolio.
To make your profile stand out, you may want to update your profile picture.
Step 5: Click the update profile button
Click Update Profile when you are done filling in all the details.
Make sure you’ve updated your profile before clicking Verify.
The wallet will contain a signature request when you click Update Profile. Click the Sign Up button to submit it.
How to get verified on Rarible
Verified by clicking the verified button.
On the Edit Profile page, you can click the Get Verified button after you’ve filled in your profile, linked your Twitter account, and uploaded a photo. You can increase your chances of being verified by including your profile, linking your Twitter account and setting a profile picture.
Your online presence can be showcased through this form where you submit links to social media sites, your wallet address in relation to your Rarible account, your answers. You ask questions about ‘About Yourself’ and your method of creating art.
Note: To qualify as a creator, you must already own a number of NFTs created by other users before.
There can be a mix of verified and unverified items, but verifiable items should weigh more. Rarible requires you to have minted at least one item before applying to be a creator.
It is imperative for you to know that receiving a verification check mark does not guarantee your success in the market. Becoming the next big CryptoArtist (or collector) is just one step in a long and difficult process.

The Rarible Profile will be verified within fourteen days after it is submitted. There are 1,000 requests received per day and they need to be handled manually, so this will take at most two weeks.
Why aren’t unverified users showing up in the discovery feed?

Previously, we allowed unverified users to appear in discovery and search results before turning on verified-only search and discovery. We decided to maintain the current search design because it led to an increase in non-authentic items.
